Xbox Release Status
Escape the Backrooms launched on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One in late 2024. It is available on the Microsoft Store for $14.99. Xbox Game Pass does not include it as of now.

Xbox vs PC
The Xbox Series X version runs almost as well as a mid-range PC. The main difference is mod support. PC has community levels and texture packs. Xbox has none. Also, keyboard and mouse is not supported on Xbox.
Avoid the Xbox One base model. The frame rate drops make the game frustrating, especially in Levels 8 and 10.
